Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Communication, Marketing, Statistics or similar field and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience in one or more of the following:
5+ years of progressive IT experience providing technical design, and development
3+ years supporting an enterprise or a cloud application
1 full life-cycle implementation experience with a large user-facing system

HR System experience, oracle fusion or EBS preferred
Strong understanding of SQL languages (PL SQL, T-SQL, etc…)
Experience working in at least one object-oriented programming language and at least one scripting language.
Understanding of client/server architecture.
Experience developing enterprise wide solutions and micro services.
Experience working with at least one enterprise database platform (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc…)
Experience developing and managing a new or existing product from inception to launch and into production support.
Experience actively collaborating with internal technical resources, external vendors and/or offshore teams.
Experience conducting regular analyses of user adoption rates, feature success metrics and ways to maximize value to end-users.
Experience reviewing industry trends and provide actionable insight to stakeholders.

Experience designing and creating reports.

Higher Education experience preferred

Must currently hold or pass the ITIL V.3 Foundation Certification Exam within 6 months of employment.
