Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred
  • 5 years of progressive experience in academic or student affairs particularly in scheduling and data analytics, is highly desirable
  • Successful, demonstrated Project and/or Program Management experience desired
  • 3 + years of successful people management experience. Strong collaborative teamwork mindset to lead, educate, mentor, motivate and inspire staff. 
  • Proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful strategies.

Must be self-directed and can work with a diverse group, with multiple and challenging priorities, and to exercise confidentiality and diplomacy always.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature

Superior organizational skills

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the use of databases, is essential.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Knowledge of My Clinical Exchange and VSAS preferred.
