Creighton University is seeking to hire a summer temporary staff to assist with new student Immunization Compliance.  Work 30-40 hours per week, flexible day hours. Work from home potential after on-site training complete. Pay range from $15-17 per hour depending on experience.

 

Responsible for reviewing and verifying immunization records submitted by students to ensure compliance with college, state, and federal health regulations. This role supports public health on campus by maintaining accurate health documentation, ensuring students meet immunization requirements, and assisting with outreach and education related to immunization compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify student immunization records for completeness and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with students regarding missing or incomplete immunization documentation.
  • Input, update, and maintain immunization data in the student health or college record system (e.g., EMR, student information system).
  • Provide customer service to students, parents, and staff regarding immunization questions and processes.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical records, or administrative support in an educational setting preferred.Knowledge of immunization schedules and public health guidelines (CDC, ACHA, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion (HIPAA compliance).Proficiency in data entry, electronic medical records, and office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
