Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Medical experience Preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to operate sterilization equipment upon training.
Manual Dexterity skills.
Good interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to work under stressful and changing conditions in a calm, productive and flexible manner. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to independently demonstrate solid performance in all areas of the sterilization department.

Seeing: 75 – 100%
Hearing: 50-75%
Standing/Climbing/Mobility: 50-75%
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 25-50% (pound: lbs.)
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75 – 100%
