Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant area of study and/or equivalent work experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, public administration, business administration, or applicable field.

Minimum of 1 – 3 years combined experience and proven ability in one or more of the following: Mission-based/Nonprofit Work, Philanthropy, Sales Coordination Support.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively or independently in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment in a timely manner
Ability to resolve issues, explain and support findings/results, and possess the ability to interpret needs
Strategic thinker with superb organizational, verbal and writing skills
Must exhibit professionalism, integrity and excellent judgment
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
Experience with inter-relational and CRM databases, Ellucian Advance and Reeher preferred, excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with fundraising research and prospect management techniques, knowledge of individual gift fundraising
