Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 or more years of experience managing large scale projects
• 10 or more years in a senior leadership role, academic or health sciences experience preferred.
• Prior experience with business acquisitions is highly preferred.
• Prior experience assisting with the merger of two organizations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, other factors

• Knowledge of the Phoenix academic medicine health system partners is desired
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to business acquisitions is desired
• Proven experience managing to financial proformas for large scale projects
• Project management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Proven track record in meeting project milestones
• Leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships
• Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships and the ability to influence others without authority
• An appreciation for Jesuit Catholic education and the goals/values of Creighton University.
