Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field of study
  • 4+ years HR generalist experience with strong knowledge of employee relations and organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Experienced in partnering with management, leadership, and employees to provide HR solutions, strategies, and tactics to solve human capital issues.
  • Solid working knowledge of state & federal employment regulations and related human resources compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
    Robust working knowledge of applicant tracking software/systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Taleo and Oracle Fusion desired.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The Senior HR Generalist will be required to travel by plane to Omaha, up to 10% of the time. Routine local travel within Phoenix will be required to visit various work sites.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work
