Senior Director – IT Portfolio and Project Management Office
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience, to include 5 years of applicable experience in leading/managing an IT or Enterprise focused Project Management office functions is preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in using PMI or similar methodologies to manage or oversee projects both within IT and across organizations.

Skill in managing, overseeing, and/or performing Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, and Organizational Change Management.

Expert proficiency in Portfolio Management skills: Evaluation, Governance, Resource planning, prioritization, and scheduling.

Experience facilitating Strategic and tactical planning exercises both internal and external to IT.

Strong Analytic skills

Good understanding of advanced technical components and system interactions

Expert proficiency in Business case, functional and technical requirement documentation

Resource planning & management in a direct reporting and matrixed environment
