Senior Admissions Counselor - School of Pharmacy and Health Professions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, required; Master’s Degree, preferred
2 to 5 years experience in admissions, recruitment, advising or counseling
Willingness to travel/drive and work on weekends and nights as needed
Ability of communicate well with prospective students over the phone, via email, and in person
Ability to present pertinent information about Creighton University, the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, and the health professional program selection process to both large and small groups
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of admission terminology, policy and tests
Knowledge of transfer credit policies and procedures
Interpersonal/human relations skills
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively review transcripts and complete unofficial transcript evaluations
Ability to learn and apply institutional policies and procedures
Ability to demonstrate self-direction and motivation
Collaborative, team oriented and mission driven
