Resident Assistant Professor-Biomedical Sciences (JZ)
Qualifications:
A Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited college or university;
2-4 years prior teaching experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Must have the independent ability to investigate the drug development for cisplatin and noise induced hearing loss;
Experience with strong drug molecular and pharmacological expertise and strong independent skills and motivation;
Ability to communicate well (written and verbal);
Strong collaborative/teamwork ability to motivate, and inspire staff at all levels of the organization;
Ability to provide evidence of excellent university-level teaching and/or significant publications;
Ability to foster student and staff learning, development, and decision making in support of goals, success, wellness, and needs;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly and effectively with a diversity of populations;
Empathy and compassion for the experiences of others;
Mission/Service and Results oriented;
Ability to work at times non-traditional business hours when needed (i.e. weekends, evening, and/or holiday)
