Summary:
With oversight and direction from the Program Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational and financial management of the accredited residency training program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and on-boarding trainees, developing projects, maintaining databases which include but not limited to: ERAS, ACGME, WebADS, New Innovations, Amion Scheduling system, National Residency Match Program (NRMP) and FREIDA, communicating with faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues and managing internal and external program relations. In addition to regular duties, the Program Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with the following; Annual Program Evaluations, Program Evaluation Committee (PEC), Clinical Competency Committee (CCC), ACGME site visits, Annual Program Review, ACGME Milestone reporting and Self Studies. All of the following duties are requirements of ACGME for accreditation of the residency program.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors' Degree preferred.
2-4 year's related administrative/clerical experience.
TAGME certification preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Exhibit strong customer service skills when working with internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to develop strong collaborative relationships and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
