Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in housing, student affairs, event reservations, leasing or similar field.

  • Interpersonal and hospitality skills with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Diplomacy is a must.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and respond to multiple requests in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail of event requests, with the ability to compile data and create reports.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Critical thinking skills to determine best use of space, time, and resources for event requests.

  • Creative problem solving skills for unusual event request accommodations.

  • Proficient in organizational technology systems: Word, Excel, 25Live

  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of major campus or University events.
