Qualifications:
M.S./M. Pharm in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry or equivalent;
5+ year's research lab experience; and (1+ years) in a synthetic organic laboratory;
Previous work experience as a medicinal chemist is a plus, but not necessary; 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Candidate who just submitted Ph.D. thesis will be given priority for this post;
Previous work experience as a medicinal chemist is a plus, but not necessary;
Skilled performing analysis and purification of small molecules using a variety of techniques (TLC, FCC, HPLC, LC/MS, NMR, etc.);
Strong ability to interpret data and to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
Strong work ethic, excellent written and communication skills;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook;
Team focused, collaborative, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate;
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending upon research needs
