Protestant Chaplain and Retreat Coordinator

Education & Experience:

• Masters degree in divinity, theology, pastoral studies, ministry, or related field required (those currently enrolled in a program may be considered)
• Ordination and/or certification from a mainline Protestant denomination with preference given to those from a liturgical/sacramentally oriented tradition. 
• 2-4 year’s ministerial experience with managerial/leadership experience preferred (at least some in active ministry)
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse groups
• Experience leading groups of people in worship
• Knowledge of other Protestant traditions and their worship patterns 
• Deeply developed pastoral ministry skills 
• Strong desire to pastorally support students from a wide range of ecumenical traditions 
• Understanding and appreciation of the Jesuit mission
