Protestant Chaplain and Retreat Coordinator
Education & Experience:
- Masters degree in divinity, theology, pastoral studies, ministry, or related field required (those currently enrolled in a program may be considered)
- Ordination and/or certification from a mainline Protestant denomination with preference given to those from a liturgical/sacramentally oriented tradition.
- 2-4 year’s ministerial experience with managerial/leadership experience preferred (at least some in active ministry)
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse groups
- Experience leading groups of people in worship
- Knowledge of other Protestant traditions and their worship patterns
- Deeply developed pastoral ministry skills
- Strong desire to pastorally support students from a wide range of ecumenical traditions
- Understanding and appreciation of the Jesuit mission
