Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
Three - five years in project management and/or designing and implementing process improvement projects on a medium to large scale.
  
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Competent in continuous improvement methodologies, techniques and processes. Lean/Six Sigma education and experience applying tools is highly desired.
In depth knowledge and implementation experience with change management practices and processes.
Knowledge and experience of implementing technology solutions to streamline medium to large scale process improvements.
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate concepts into practical applications.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive level presentations.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Access, Project, SharePoint and data warehouse experience.
  
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification preferred
