The position will provide high level administrative and supervisor support for the Financial Success Program Grant. The position will be responsible for creating the infrastructure required to serve twice as many program participants served in the past year. This position will also require networking with traditional and nontraditional partners to address financial stress in the Omaha metro area.

This is a grant funded position, this position may or may not be continued based on the needs of the grant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; in medical related field, social work, nursing or related field Or 4- years related experience; such as program administrative is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in working with people experiencing financial stress.
Ability to solve problems and take the initiative to address immediate problems.
Experience working with people of low income, various ethnic backgrounds and ages.
Experience working with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook), Constant Contact and/or other online data base, data management experience is a plus
