Program Manager I - Anesthesiology
Creighton University in Omaha, NE is seeking to hire a Program Manager to work in the Medical Education supporting the new Anesthesiology program.
This role oversees program coordination, community education, administration management and liaison with community partners/members. Responsible for board meeting coordination and agendas, data entry, analysis and reporting, maintaining website and social media activities. Create brochures and newsletters, organize seminars, health disparities workshops, and grant writing activities. Also acts as primary coordinator in research, training, education and intervention programs. The ideal candidate will have general medical knowledge and keen attention to detail.
Schedule is Monday through Friday days and works in person at CUMC Bergan (72nd Mercy Rd).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities in the Center for Promoting Health and Health Equality. Assists in coordinating research, education and intervention programs.
- Develop and maintain community relationships, communicate with community partners and members.
- Assist in grant writing activities.
- Maintain minutes and communications for meetings, updates website, creates brochures and newsletters.
- Data entry, runs reports, verifies the integrity of data and report issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience required.
- 2+ year's related coordination of programs experience.
- Experience with database management, data imports and CRM software preferred.
- Ability to handle demanding clients, think independently, and analyze problems and reach solutions.
