Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Dental experience, including knowledge of dental procedures and dental procedure codes, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledgeable in ADA/CDT procedure and/or medical coding preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detailed, accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively handle and/or resolve conflict and complaints
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Prefer dental or medical software experience
Physical Requirements:
Seeing: 75 – 100%
Hearing: 50-75%
Standing/Climbing/Mobility: 0-24%
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24% (pound: 15 lbs.)
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75 – 100%
