Part-Time Online Faculty Talent Pool - Graduate Certificate in Sports Leadership

The Master's in Organizational Leadership program is seeking to identify a pool of highly-qualified temporary special faculty to teach in the new sports leadership graduate certificate program. Qualified applicants will teach online as-needed on a part-time basis within an 8-week course calendar. Qualified applications will be reviewed by program leadership and if approved, will be included in the roster to teach on an as needed basis.

Courses in the graduate certificate program include:
Contemporary Issues in Sports Leadership
Foundations of Sports Leadership
Failure and Failing in Leadership
Leading Champions: Lessons from Extraordinary Coaches and Athletes
Coaching and Leading through an Ignatian Lens

Must possess a master’s degree in sports leadership, sports management, or sports administration. Terminal degrees related to sports leadership/management are preferred (J.D, Ed.D., Ph.D.). Applicant must also have substantive experience within the field of sports leadership, documented through professional practice and work history.
