Qualifications:
10 or more years of administrative experience; at least 5 years supporting senior level management preferred
Experience in working with a healthcare organization and surgeons is preferred
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in all MS Office programs
Proficient with infrastructure processes related to procurement, expense reporting, travel, and other programs

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Documented ability to exercise considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to respond to rapidly changing priorities, to work independently on executive and confidential issues; with only general guidance on a variety of special projects
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Possess an adaptable interpersonal style, able to self-manage and use flexible approaches in dealing with management team.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to be flexible and proactive
High potential individual with a large capacity to learn (technology as well as the organization)
Ability to interpret questions and problem solving
Project Management skills

Also required is the ability to model and demonstrate the Creighton Values.
