The position of Medical Director is essential to the vision of continuing Creighton University’s commitment to college health services for its students. As Medical Director, this position directs the operations in the Health Education & Compliance office as it is largely responsible for directing Creighton’s college health resources and services including, but not limited to, providing a student health insurance plan, serving as the campus public health expert, and collaborating with campus partners to develop and implement wellness focused initiatives. As Medical Director of the CHI Student Health Student Care Clinic, this University staff member is embedded in the health clinic providing direct patient care at the Student Care Clinic, whilst also providing accountability and oversight for the CHI Health Student Care Clinic student-patient experience.
Qualifications:
Unencumbered MD or DO license to practice medicine
National board certification in Family Practice
3-5 years experience in community health, college health, and education preferred
