Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience; a Masters’ degree is preferred;
Minimum of 3 years combined experience on one or more of the following:
Experience in development and/or integration of applications using Agile methodologies in front-end or back-end roles;
Experience using data and analytics tools and modelling;
Experience in the management and administration of infrastructure, including virtual and cloud-based environments; or
Experience in an IT-related support role such as customer service, business analyst, quality assurance analyst, or similar;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising or leading a team is preferred; and
Higher Education experience is preferred.


Required License or Certifications:
Must currently hold or pass the ITIL Foundation Certification Exam within 6 months of start date.
Industry certifications desirable.
