Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in OD, HR, Psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience
Two (2) to Four (4) years of related work experience in Training and/or Learning & Development


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated understanding of theories and principles of adult learning and organizational development including performance and change management, employee engagement and leadership development.  
Demonstrated understanding of the broader business implications of decision.  
Self-driven with the capability and confidence to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders, partner teams and program participants.
Experience in Learning Management System maintenance and content updates, data analysis and administration.
Strong oral and written skills to prepare comprehensive and clear written documents, presentations and policies.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effect
