Instructional Designer III - Office of Medical Education
Qualifications:
MS or MA in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or Related field
Minimum of 5 years related experience in academic learning environment.
Higher Education experience preferred
Experience as a full stack developer preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of recognized and contemporary best practices in instructional design for distance and hybrid education.
Prefer four (4) years of experience as an instructional designer preferably including experience working with distance courses or providing front-line support for faculty using a learning management system.
Demonstrated ability to identify and employ effective pedagogical techniques to achieve learning outcomes in the distance and hybrid learning environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training to individuals and groups in person and virtually.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
