Education: (required) high school diploma or equivalent, (preferred) CDA, CDA equivalent (12 college credits in ECE, CD, ElEd, or EC Spec Ed) or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education or NAEYC defined equivalent (at least 60 college/university credits in ECE, CD, ElEd, or EC Spec Ed).

Option: can also be enrolled in program to meet above education preference (documentation needed). 

Experience: (required) 2+ years in a structured child care program (preferred) NAEYC accredited

 Seeing: 75 – 100%
 Hearing: 75 – 100%

 Standing/Climbing/Mobility: 0 – 24%

 Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0 – 24 % (pound: 10 lbs.)

 Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75 – 100%
