Qualifications:
High School Diploma and Six years of related work experience, or similar combination of education and experience.
Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated customer service focus with excellent interpersonal/human relations skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and high attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to prepare word documents, mail merges, templates, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Desire to learn new tasks with increasing responsibilities.
Payroll and Human resources knowledge
Experience with HR Systems/payroll systems preferred.
