Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, journalism or related field is required; minimum 3-5 years of experience in communications and/or marketing with a proven ability to develop comprehensive communication and marketing plans and implement best-in-class brand communications and marketing activities; superior and demonstrable writing and editing skills required, along with keen news judgment. Ability to use data to drive strategy and monitor results, as well as to consult and collaboratively work with a variety of subject matter experts and leaders across campus.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to use data to drive strategy and monitor results;

Proven ability to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and implement best in class brand marketing and communication activities;

Knowledge and experience with both brand and direct marketing methods;

Ability to lead and manage the work of staff to deliver quality work and deadlines;

Ability to consult and collaboratively work with a variety of subject matter experts and leaders;

Knowledge with both brand and direct marketing methods;

Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;

Demonstrate strong business acumen and be a persuasive presenter;

Must be familiar with the greater Omaha area;

Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday

 

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years and no major violations within the last 5 years

Hearing: 75-100%

Standing/Climbing/Mobility: 25-49%

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24% (pound: 20 lbs.)
