Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• 0-4 years of finance, accounting, analysis, or related experience
• Collaborative teamwork mindset.
• Knowledge of business principles and accounting operations.
• Ability to work with diverse customer personalities, backgrounds and possibly conflicting goals or agendas.
• Able to work across functions and levels to communicate detailed financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Efficiently manage time and workload on a variety of tasks, reporting and projects.
• Understands and embodies the Creighton vision and mission. Follows and understands the core values, employee standards of behavior and company policies and procedures.
