Creighton is preparing students for a workforce that demands innovative care amid a rapidly changing world.    

Creighton’s 183,000-square-foot, $100 million health sciences campus — opening in 2021 at Park Central in midtown Phoenix — will serve as a four-year medical school and accommodate nearly 900 students, including future physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, pharmacists and physician assistants.

Responsibility / Duty


Prepares annual budget, capital and operating requests, and quarterly forecast.


Evaluates and approves expenditures


Assists operations personnel to navigate university purchasing, requisition, HR and facilities processes.


Prepares various financial reports including monthly variance reports; works with individual departments to monitor budgets, tracks spending, and follows budget guidelines.


Monitors and analyzes financial information from all components of the division; develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Analyze financial results as compared to financial proforma for Phoenix expansion.


Bachelors' Degree in accounting or finance

1+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and data interpretation.

Experience developing and working with financial models and budgeting tools.

Organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to operate personal computer and calculator
