Enrollment Management Analyst
The Enrollment Management Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing technical processes within systems (i.e. Banner, Slate, Salesforce, etc.) to support enrollment management operations. This role includes processing daily files, reconciling database discrepancies, and supporting departmental reporting and processes. The Analyst will also assist with developing and implementing new business processes and maintaining the ARGOS reporting system.

- Technical Process Management:
• Complete technical processes within systems to support enrollment management functions.
• Process daily files (i.e. ISIR (Institutional Student Information Record) downloads and load COD (Common Origination and Disbursement).
• Reconcile discrepancies and ensure data integrity within the databases. - Business Process Improvement:
• Conduct research, development, testing, and implementation of new or changing business processes.
• Ensure internal controls are effectively addressed and maintained to protect University resources. - Process Scheduling and Documentation:
• Inventory enrollment management processes and transition eligible processes to the scheduler.
• Write and maintain procedural documentation as required by the department.
• Assist in the management and optimization of all enrollment system modules. - Reporting and Support:
• Maintain and support departmental reporting through the ARGOS reporting system.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data management for enrollment management purposes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• SQL or programming experience
• Experience with relational databases
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of financial data management and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheet and database software.
• Ability to manage software updates, test, and troubleshoot update issues
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Experience reconciling financial transactions or records between multiple databases.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong organization, trouble shooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with projects/tasks that require attention to detail and concentrated focus.
• Ability to collect, analyze, compile, and record data on financial aid.
