Director / Senior Director Operations - School of Dentistry
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Masters preferred
Minimum 10 years demonstrated of experience;
5+ years supervisory experience;
Proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Considerable experience in a large dental clinic or dental school with strong knowledge of dental terminology and electronic health records is preferred.
Ability to direct and support all aspects of non-academic operations management practices within the Dental School.
Excellent interpersonal/human relation skills.
Ability to understand and practice within HIPAA/FERPA requirements.
Must have service-oriented mindset towards operations with effective leadership and team motivational skills.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Strong collaborative/teamwork ability to motivate, and inspire staff at all levels of the organization;
Demonstrated experience with strategic and master planning;
Experience with budget planning, forecasting and fiscal management of an operating budgeting
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated with multiple constituencies.
Strong ability to manage, supervise, and develop professional staff;
