Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and experience leading a team of recruiters
Experience in higher education, academic healthcare or health system setting preferred
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience with recruitment or talent acquisition
SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CIR preferred
2+ years supervisory experience;
Proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of principles and procedures for employee recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits
Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title IX, Civil Rights Act of 1964
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Ability to influence change
Proficient in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skills using various social media recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Able to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for various roles in various departments within the University
Knowledge of mentoring and coaching principles

Strong collaborative/teamwork ability to motivate, and inspire staff at all levels of the organization;
Demonstrated experience with strategic and master planning;
Experience with budget planning, forecasting and fiscal management of an operating budgeting
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated with multiple constituencies.
Strong ability to manage, supervise, and develop professional staff;
Ability to influence change;
Results oriented;
