Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field

  • Three-Five (3-5) years of experience in data management, reporting and analytics

  • Three (3) years of functional troubleshooting experience with a relational data structure SIS system, Banner preferred

  • Two (2) years of facilitating business process review (BPR) findings into technical requirements, preferred

  • Two (2) years of system analyst experience within a CRM platform, Salesforce preferred

 

  • Fluent in relational database SIS set-up and configuration

  • Intermediate experience in system integration implementation

  • Fluent in CRM platform, set-up and configuration

  • Demonstrated ability for abstract thinking

  • Familiar with business process elicitation and documentation mythologies

  • Demonstrated ability to create and administer training material

  • Professional ability with PL/SQL or similar system language

  • Knowledge of database architectural strategies at the modeling, design and implementation stages to address business or industry requirements.

  • Ability to collaborate with system architects, software architects, design analysts, and others to understand business or industry requirements.

  • Skill in developing data models for applications, metadata tables, views or related database structures.

  • Skill in enabling databases to support business requirements, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability.

  • Familiar with Argos and Tableau reporting tools

  • Ability to offer innovative solutions to seemingly intractable problems

  • Effective verbal and written communicator
