Director of Operations, Alumni Relations and Donor Engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years related experience
Experience in successful event planning. Project management and vendor management
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized
Impeccable attention to detail
Interpersonal/human relations skills
Excellent verbal and written skills, creativity, independent judgment and follow-through.
Ability to organize time effectively and manage many tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of project management software, customer service databases and web registration and program deployment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various levels of internal and external constituencies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated among multiple constituencies
Demonstrated ability to think strategically
Familiarity with and regular use of advancement databases
Familiarity with and regular use of event planning software
Large event planning experience
Demonstrated creativity in stewardship related projects
Management experience
Adept at problem solving
