Qualifications:

Bachelors' Degree, Masters preferred
5 years related experience
The ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast - paced environment
Highly organized
Impeccable attention to detail
Knowledge of alumni relations, volunteer management, program implementation and project coordination. Comparable experience will be considered.
Experience managing volunteers and strong interpersonal skills utilized in relationship management
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
Appreciation and understanding of Creighton University's mission and the ability to effectively communicate the mission
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred:
Knowledge of and commitment to the field of business and higher education a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated among multiple constituencies
Demonstrated ability to think strategically
Familiarity with and regular use of Database and Customer Relationship Management system
Familiarity with and regular use of excel for spreadsheet manipulation
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated creativity in stewardship related projects
Adept at problem solving
