Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics Management, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
Masters’ degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years combined experience in one or more of the following:
Leading data centric teams to drive growth and improve performance of data services at an enterprise level.
Experience and deep understanding of Big Data technologies, DaaS, Analytics and Data Visualizations.
Strong experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management and Metadata Management.
Experience creating new markets, services and products in the data & analytics space.
Business acumen, with an ability to draw clear connections between data activities and University challenges/opportunities/outcomes.
Hands-on experience applying machine learning, text mining and/or analytics to critical decision processes.
Experience designing and developing Data Marts and Data Services in support one or more reporting platforms, and the implmentation and use of these tools like Power BI, OBI, SSRS or Tableau is strongly desired.

Higher Education experience preferred

Must currently hold or pass the ITIL V.3 Foundation Certification Exam within 6 months of start date.
