Masters required, PhD or EdD preferred.
5-7 years related work experience in higher education or related area.
3-4 years post-masters academic advising experience
Ability to orient and inform faculty and professional staff advisors on best-practice advising topics
Understanding of academic advising at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels
Ability to advise and work with students at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels
Ability to create programs, workshops, and initiatives aimed at advising students and assisting them in their success
Coordinate the development and ongoing training of the Creighton Connect system with faculty advisors and professional staff advisors across the University
