Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and two years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and knowledge of technology while working under minimal supervision
- Ability to operate computer and various software packages
- Knowledge/familiarity with Typo3, Digital Signage, EpiSuite Card Production, Atrium, POS/Infor (Vivonet), and Genetec prefered, but will train the right person.
- Ability to complete administrative/clerical responsibilities
- Interpersonal/human relation skills and ability to work with a diverse group of customers Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
