Minimum Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
•    4 years nursing experience preferred or combination of higher education/healthcare administrative experience(s);
•    Proficiency with Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Web browsers, and electronic file management;
•    Customer service focus, face-to-face and e-communications;
•    Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
•    Strong proficiency with Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Web browsers, and electronic file management;
•    Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments;
•    Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events;
•    Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in diverse communities;
•    Ability to lead and train staff and/or students;
•    Demonstrated ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple systems and PC programs;
•    Ability to compile data and generate reports;
•    Ability to function effectively as a team member, while exercising independent and critical judgment;
•    Ability to coordinate and prioritize work with multiple and conflicting demands, in a deadline-oriented environment
•    Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday depending upon business needs.
