Summary:

The clinic manager position will assist the clinic director in day to day operations of the clinic. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: insurance verification and authorizations, credentialing, accounts payable, assist in onboarding staff and management of staff members, work with patients and families on account balances and payment plans, assist in maintaining office metrics, assist in budgeting, assuring clinic compliance standards including safety standards, and University reporting. The clinic manager reports to the clinic director. BA/BS in management/personnel/or medical-related program and/or experienced required for position. 


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent experience if no degree is required.
Three (3) years of experience in direct supervision of others
  
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources practices, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits.
Skill in communicating in a clear and concise manner
Skill in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
