Associate Director of the Economy of Communion Project
Seeking an Associate director for Creighton University’s new Economy of Communion Project, who is passionate about helping students, faculty and people in business consider ways that business itself can be a life-giving and human-centered practice. Creighton has been awarded a three year John Templeton Foundation grant to create a website with videos, written curriculum and other materials to help promote the Economy of Communion approach to business practice—seeing business as a way to transform culture and society for the good and establish communion between people. The Associate director will report to the Director and work with Assistant Director of the EOC Project. This is a grant-funded position and subject to funding provisions.

- Processing receipts and reporting expenses to the John Templeton Fund
- Assisting with curriculum development: helping to do rough-editing on videos, copy-editing on written documents, some writing of documents for the website, some website uploading and development
- Communicating the project’s work and goals to relevant parties throughout the Economy of Communion and Focolare networks worldwide. Assist in building working relationships with parallel curriculum developers worldwide.
- Promoting the EOC project through social media and conference presentations, as well as web-based materials and curriculum.
- Assisting the Assistant Director and Director with additional tasks and incidental projects to help accomplish the purpose of the EOC project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Masters will be preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ required experience in project management required
- Intimate knowledge of Economy of Communion required
- Experience working with Economy of Communion entrepreneurs preferred
- Experience with Focolare and/or Economy of Communion highly preferred.
- Interest in the relationship between faith and business practice is required.
