Associate Director of Partnership Strategy
- Effectively manage and implement content and market strategy for CPCE.
- Assess market demand for new and existing educational offerings based on the skills gaps in the workforce.
- Oversee and develop a content and communications strategy to ultimately maintain and nurture CPCE students and develop the potential for additional or ongoing learning at Creighton. The content and communication strategy will inform and support content development, event coordination and implementation, registration form creation, communication flows as well as the user experience on the current CPCE website.
- Collaborate with other campus units, who are responsible for the implementation of the tasks above, to ensure content and communication is strategically driving registrations and enrollments.
- Analyze and interpret the data captured from all communication and marketing efforts to maximize data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Other duties will be assigned to ensure new and existing projects are completed within a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a relevant field; supplemented with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment, content marketing, marketing strategies, predictive modeling, communications and admissions operational functions is expected.
- Experience with Slate or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.
- Experience in developing content and communication strategies
- Ability to manage timelines and set expectations with key stakeholders
