Creighton’s Graduate and Adult Marketing and Recruitment office is responsible for the recruitment of graduate and adult students to Creighton University.  This office is responsible for all communication outreach, on and off campus events, and marketing efforts to attract prospective graduate and adult students to the University.

 

The Associate Director for Strategic Academic Marketing is responsible for the delivery and assessment of an integrated academic marketing plan that is primarily focused on the growth of Creighton’s Graduate programs. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure that strategy for all marketing initiatives aligns with academic goals. This role will lead all content marketing efforts, assure consistency of messaging throughout campaigns and orchestrate delivery of projects to campus partners and vendors. The individual will be expected to track analytics from all marketing efforts and work closely with the Enrollment Management data team to utilize data to inform conversations and marketing efforts. Experience with marketing, advertising, web strategies, content marketing, social media, and brand management are expected.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, supplemented with 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communications, digital/web marketing, business or related field.

Knowledge of recruitment, content marketing, marketing strategies, predictive modeling, communications and admissions operational functions is expected.

Experience with project management tools preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
Experience with Slate preferred.
