Associate Director - Identity Services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field; plus, 2 years minimum hands on experience with the implementation and management of projects that involved the development of technical requirements and the deployment of technical systems;
OR
4 to 6 years of operational hands on experience using Genetec, Banner, Atrium, Infor, and/or similar information systems within a higher education setting to enhance the student experience.
2+ supervisory years’ experience;
High Proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Progressive experience with operational systems such as: Genetec, Banner, Atrium, Infor, and/or similar information systems preferred;
Must be familiar with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements related to stored data and services, as well as FERPA, HIPAA, Department of Education cash management rules, and others;
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Strong collaborative/teamwork ability to motivate, and inspire staff at all levels of the organization;
Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking and planning;
Ability to manage, supervise, and develop staff;
Core competencies required: technical expertise; Problem-solving skills; customer/client skills; project management skills;
Results oriented;
