Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required; a master's degree or higher in a relevant field or comparable professional experience is strongly preferred;
10+ years of leadership experience in a higher education or comparable environment, including substantive work with student/intern support and information systems management;
10+ years of experience in organizational innovation, transformation, and process improvement; experience documenting and measuring research and development projects is a plus;
Experience with personnel management, financial analysis and budgeting;
Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills;
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communications skills a must; must be able to interface and coordinate efficiently and effectively with various colleges, departments, community stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Senior leadership experience in information technology, encompassing strategic planning, complex organizational structures, project planning, budgeting and management, vendor relations, risk management, and process transformation;
Experience as a fair, respectful leader and skilled administrator; proven ability to manage resources – human, financial, and physical – to maximize productivity and assure the highest quality work;
