Reporting Relationship:  Chair of Pharmacy Practice, SPAHP  

Qualifications:

Earned Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution

Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience

Eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Arizona

Significant work and clinical experience in contemporary community and/or institutional practice with a working knowledge of pharmacy software systems, unit-dose systems, DUR and MTM processes, USP Chapter 797, over-the-counter medications, immunizations, patient assessment techniques and direct patient counseling is required

Broad knowledge of educational administration with a commitment to the mission of Creighton University and Jesuit values

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities

Ability to use appropriate judgement and work autonomously in an environment distant from the home campus in Omaha

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with multiple and diverse constituencies
