Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure eligible): Doctoral Program in Interdisciplinary Leadership
Qualifications:
A PhD or EdD in a discipline appropriate for an interdisciplinary program with a social science focus
Knowledge of, and experience with teaching social science research methods, including qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods.
Knowledge of, and experience with leading (or supporting) social science grant initiatives.
Knowledge of, and experience with graduate level teaching and advising
Knowledge of, and experience with teaching online
A credible trajectory in research, scholarship, and academic publication
Experience in directing or chairing masters’ theses or doctoral level dissertations
Knowledge of, or familiarity with the mission of Creighton University
Knowledge of, and experience with teaching in leadership theories preferred
Experience with multi-tasking in an academic role requiring teaching, research, service, and administrative roles preferred
Knowledge of, and experience with applied or action research especially in evidence-based, practice-oriented research, preferred
Non-academic professional experience (in business, government or healthcare) preferred
