Assistant Director - Office of Equity and Inclusion
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field;
6 years of progressively more responsible management experience;
2+ supervisory years’ experience;
Proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Strong collaborative/teamwork ability to motivate, and inspire staff at all levels of the organization;
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity
Familiarity with federal statues related to higher education, specifically Campus SaVE, Clery Act, Title IX, FERPA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking and planning;
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated with multiple constituencies.
Ability to serve as a neutral, unbiased party in the investigation process
Results oriented;
