Qualifications:
Master’s degree in student affairs, higher education administration or counseling, or related field.
Understanding and appreciation of the values and traditions of a Catholic, Jesuit university, and being able to develop students through the guidance of the mission and values of the institution.
Demonstrated knowledge, appreciation for, and engagement in topics of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Understanding and demonstrated application of student development theory.
Must be organized and able to communicate timely and effectively through written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working on a college campus in a student conduct setting is strongly preferred.
