Advises Panhellenic and Inter-fraternity Councils, Order of Omega, Greek Standards Board, and AMGO. Provides educational resources and training for fraternity and sorority officers and for the Greek community. Oversees fraternity and sorority recruitment and events (including night time events and meetings) and conducts evaluation of programs. Oversees Greek Life administration to include budget management, membership and databases.

Masters' degree required (Higher Education, Student Affairs Administration, Counseling or related field)
1-2 years demonstrated experience advising NPC, NIC, NALFO, NPHC organizations and experience/affiliation with AFA.
  
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written skills required,
The ability to sustain communication with diverse groups, anticipate problems, reconcile conflicts, and maintain a strong
philosophical base for student activities.
Demonstrated focus on student education and service to students.
An appreciation of the lgnatian tradition required,
Night and weekend commitments are expected.
